In April of 2010 I made the decision to begin a health and weightloss journey that would forever change my life. I found a nutrition and exercise plan that worked for me, and I committed to it. Fourteen months later I was 77 lbs lighter, wearing a smaller size than I did in high school, and feeling healthier than ever! I took my life back, and I am pursuing dreams that I had once given up on. It’s now my mission and passion in life to help others achieve the same results! I have been running group weight loss challenges, at The Pilates Body, where people have lost up to 30 lbs in 10 weeks.
I am an AFAA certified group fitness instructor, with an ACE Personal Training certification in progress. I have a license to teach Zumba and certification for Burn at the Barre and Hip Hop Hustle. And I am an Herbalife Distributor.
One Time Consultation - 45 min.
*Body composition analysis
(BMI, body fat, visceral fat, lean muscle, body age, metabolic rate)
*Calorie and protein estimates for weight loss
*Sample meal plans, exercise recommendations, goal setting.
4 Week Package
*One 30 minute personal training and coaching session per week.
*Weekly weigh in
*Email support in between visits with tools and resources to help you succeed.
*Additional body composition analysis and measurements at the end of the 4 weeks.
8 Week Package
Includes: Same as 4 week package and Body Composition analysis with measurements taken at 4 weeks and 8 weeks.
12 Week Package
Includes: Same as 4 week package and Body Composition analysis with measurements taken at 4, 8 and 12 weeks.
